Opening clearance is the key measurement
The closed footprint alone does not tell whether Fold will work in a room. The moving top needs lateral space, and the user needs knee, chair and circulation clearance when it is open. Measure from the bed edge, wall, wardrobe door and nearby power outlets. If the cabinet will sit on a rug, check that the furniture and chair remain level and that the moving section does not catch the pile.
Storage and desk use compete for space
