What it is
The Sunset Summa Case is PITAKA’s more protective case construction for iPhone 17 Pro Max. The checked variant combines a woven aramid-fibre exterior with TPU and a warm gradient running from blue through sand and red to black. It remains a model-specific case rather than a universal accessory.
Why the design matters
The visual pattern comes from coloured yarns in the weave rather than a flat printed imitation. PITAKA uses three-dimensional thermoforming to bring aramid fibre and TPU into one structure. The camera surround, raised edges and continuous perimeter distinguish Summa from the thinner Edge and intermediate Cairn case families.

Compatibility needs checking
iPhone 17, 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max versions are not interchangeable.
