What it is
KACO RUMA is a 15cm aluminium ruler whose raised folded end works as a bookmark clip. The measuring edge, flat body and return clip are formed as one continuous object, allowing the ruler to mark a page without adding a separate component.
Why the design matters
RUMA gives a familiar desk tool a second function through one structural move. The long return at the end creates enough separation to slide over a page while preserving the ruler’s flat measuring surface. The result remains visually quieter than combining a ruler with a detachable clip.
