What it is
BENTU’s “#” is a compact dual-purpose stool and side table made from recycled municipal plastic waste. A round top sits on intersecting flat panels, allowing a three-dimensional furniture object to be transported and stored in a disassembled form.
Why the design matters

Small fragments of recovered plastic produce the colour and surface variation; slots and panel intersections explain how the structure is formed.
